"I have had to deal with premier payee for some of my customers, for over a year now. Let me tell you, I don’t know how you do it and still keep your sanity!! You have paid for the customers room on time every month that they were here. Sending them the spending money for them on time too. The ones that mainly put this company down is alcohol and drug users. Their bills were paid for and spending money, which was used for drugs and alcohol from a few of premier payee’s customers that I had to deal with here. When they are broke and need a fix, they complain they are not getting their money. I have had to call premier payee endless times about their clients, not about money either. The staff was always fantastic and helpful. Never once had a problem with them. Keep up the great work!!"

"Unfortunately you have to give a star to write something, otherwise this would have negative stars. To start with the staff is HORRIBLE and UNPROFESSIONAL. One staff will even sleep when they are supposed to be working, then when confronted call the police and file a complaint. This person also lives with another worker who share clients, again unprofessional. If they are your payee switch now! They are holding your money for their profit, yet are a not-for-profit organization. You have a right to ALL your money every month and not have to save it, check the payee section under the social security website. If you need a statement hope you have someone to advocate for you because one client was rudely told by staff to use an old one after he had asked several times. They will not spend the amount of time you are entitled to per the goals and objectives agreed upon by Medicaid....watch it though they are probably billing for the time they are not with you. Hopefully Medicaid Fraud eventually picks up on this through audits. If you want great service by people who genuinely care about you go elsewhere, if you could care less about yourself and your services and enjoy being lied to on a regular basis, this would be your place. I work in this field and have clients who have come from here and they are traumatized by what they have experienced. It takes a lot to gain someone's trust especially after they have been here. By the way, they are so lazy that keeping their address current is too much. They are now located on the lower level of Park Fair Mall."
