"It might be more efficient to ignore problems until they become an emergency just so you can call Lund directly and have them send someone competent to fix things. Our power would go out randomly over weeks for hours at a time (obvious fuse issue), and it took three maintenance requests and them sending an outside electrician before he just checked the external fuse box and fixed it in an hour. Our A/C has never really worked very well, and even after they fixed it slightly, the explanation they told us was that it was pretty much our fault. Several appliances have simply never worked, and since they aren't emergencies we don't even bother calling them in, because I don't trust this management not to make things worse or charge us for something that has never been working. Finally, as it's currently -19° outside, our heating hasn't worked for days. This morning I woke up to shower (my one respite of warmth) and found that we also have lost hot water privileges. Called Lund's emergency line and they're sending over an actual professional. Oh! And despite them telling us they check the apartment between residents, our very first weekend in the apartment we had a monoxide leak from a bad water heater in our unit. Nobody's monoxide detectors in the building went off except one on the third floor. We buy our own now."

"Y'all don't live here. They don't care about you. No compassion whatsoever from this company. We've been trying for a month to get our AC fixed and with these record breaking months it's been so bad living here and being comfortable. We tried being patience but it's been run out and we've talked to them many times about our problem and they just don't care. I wanted to expand my family here but not anymore. I can't raise a family here."

"I’m excited to say that the maintenance has improved a lot. They’ve started doing regular maintenance on the buildings that was left undone in previous years. They’re updating some of the appliances, and they patched up my ceiling in a couple of days after a water leak caused more damage."

"Mystery charges with no explanation from unhelpful and rude management. Then charges to pay the charges. Severe foundation issues in several of the buildings and minimal maintenance. Mold and mildew present in the exterior and interior walls. It took over six months to replace one faulty window that leaked on several occasions and flooded the unit. There are also a lot of dogs here and only one small dog park. It is usually pretty quiet, that part is true. The new maintenance guy and the new office staff are friendly and seem to be doing their jobs well too, so there are a few positives. The in unit washer dryer is a stacked unit so it's pretty tiny, but still nice to have."

"When I moved in I was in an extenuating circumstance. I had been my mother's care giver for about 6 years and didn't have the greatest credit. After my mom passed I needed to find a place to live ASAP. The staff was very helpful and understanding. They welcomed both me and my dog and made the move in process as easy as possible. I was even able to stop in and sign the lease on a short 15 minute break from work. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. I really appreciate them. The rent isn't too bad. Pretty reasonable for what you get. When I first moved in I had a problem with the blinds, 2 pieces broke the first time I opened them. I put in a work order and they fixed them in a reasonable amount of time. My only complaint so far is the dog waste receptacles tend to go ignored, and some residents don't clean up after their dogs. I've only been here a could of months, but so far I'm very pleased."
