"The highlights: the homes here are beautiful and well appointed with high end fixtures. Quite possibly the best maintenance and grounds team in the area. Everything is digital for convenience (rent, maintenance, etc). Leasing staff and experience team are friendly and great communicators.The location is amazing and my neighbors are great. While I have had a few less than stellar interactions overall the management company/ownership has followed through with better communication"

"We are downsizing and sold our home. We were looking for a community that would give us a homey feeling with a lot of beauty as we transition into becoming empty nesters. This community is a gem! We spent weeks discerning the right layout for us and even walked the grounds several times to find the ambiance and cozy feeling we were looking for. Through it all, Kari was phenomenal! She was patient and answered all our questions honestly and with quickness. I never felt I was being a burden. My husband, my daughter and I are excited for this next part of our adventure and we are happy to call The Bungalows home, especially as we spend our last year with our daughter living with us. I can’t think of a better place to go on walks and enjoy chats on the patio with her."

"Love these apartments! Well lit and spacious. The pantry and kitchen are my favorites.Good size bathrooms, closets snd storage. The management staff were all very friendly and accommodating to our requests. Beautiful lake a stone throws away to take walks. The entire property is landscaped well too. All in all a good experience."
