"I was lucky enough to live at the Broadmoor at Aksarben Village for over 4 years. It was the perfect place to live! Everyone was so friendly. I loved my neighbors and the staff! It is a quiet complex, but also close to some of the best restaurants and most fun places in Omaha! The amenities were also great! With two pools, there is also room to lay out and go swim. The workout facility is awesome too with enough stuff for multiple people to workout at the same time. Everything is kept very nice! I love the price I paid for what I got in an apartment! It felt like a great value. If there was a maintenance issue, someone would always come out to fix it quickly! They really truly care about their residents! I was definitely the best apartment complex I ever lived it! I already miss it. I would strongly recommend it to anyone!"

The apartments are quiet and the facilities are well maintained. I loved the convenience of the first floor parking garage, interior mailboxes, and the garbage disposal shoots on each floor. The pool, exercise room and clubhouse areas are all amazing."

"Broadmoor at Aksarben Village is a great place to live with so many places that are in walking distance. Both the management staff and the maintenance crew were very friendly, reliable and professional. You are treated like family here. I have lived in three different apartments at this complex, each providing a different experience depending on your needs. The last one being a villa which has a town home like experience, with an attached garage. If your looking for a smaller downtown city feel, this is definitely the place. I'd highly recommend living here."
