"This place charges way too much for the level of awful of these apartments. It changes management every couple of years, they do nothing for noise complaints (violently loud stomping at 3am, pfft who cares), mold, leaks that take over a week to fix, the list goes on so much longer than it should."
"Property manager Amber is the best that I have seen in the five years I have been living here. She took on a property that had some issues and the residents wanted to blame her for things that she didn't have control over. If she sees a problem, she will correct it. I just feel bad that people come down on her for things that she has to enforce from upper management. If you need to talk to her, she will take the time out of her day to address any questions and or concerns that you may have. She is very relatable and very easy and friendly to get along with. She's a fellow pisces so I have no other choice but to love her!!"
"I've recently moved into Copper Leaf Apartments. Since I've moved in, I've seen improvements happening. The landscaping is being maintained, the parking lot has been resurfaced, and the common areas are cleaner. When I had an emergency repair after office hours, it was handled promptly. I am happy with the complex and look forward to many years of living here."
"Lund Company purchased this property late last year. They have not done a good job in maintaining the property. In the Winter, they never once cleaned or placed salt on the walkways or stairs. You could easily fall going down the stairs becomes sometimes a step will be loose. You decide to put in your 60 day notice and the miscommunication from the management to you is terrible. They do not explain anything to you until you ask why you have fees on your account and then blame an employee that no longer works there."
