My AC unit is out right now, and he has been so fantastic with getting it completed and keeping me up to date. I may have to stay at a hotel tonight since the issue is just a little more, but that’s okay. His respect and honesty has been amazing. He also addressed the other issues I was having that had yet to be addressed since I moved in! So thank you Gabe!! You really are fantastic!"

"Honestly 1 star is being generous. We had issues on top of issues with these people. We had a huge hole in our deck for 8 months, and it was there when we moved in. They knew that we were going on the deck to smoke. Our dogs leg was falling through it. They had 5+ maintenance people come to look at it. Then we had squirrelly drug addict maintenance people. They never answered our calls. Our heater went out in winter when the windchill was -30 outside and it was 30 degrees, or less in our apartment. The emergency maintenance couldn’t come out and fix it. Then they couldn’t even fully fit it. It always smells like cigarettes and pot in our building. Literally the worst experience ever!!!! Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Very disappointed with Timbercrest."
