"My fiance and I have paid $900 for an apartment that we will never move in to. The apartments were presented to us under false pretenses claiming they included utilities, and that they are in significantly better condition than they are, but we went to check again after our lease agreement (that we did not sign) was sent to us without including any utilities. The management is very predatory in the wording of their application and lease contract. The apartment will not be held for you until you pay a security deposit which will not be easily returned to you if you decide not to rent with the complex. They are also incredibly hard to contact, and they will mislead you at every turn."

"Haven't been properly staffed in years, buildings are falling apart, communication is terrible unless it's about you paying your rent. They don't hold up their end of policies or basic living quality because there's no one to hold them accountable."
