"Lived in a dozen apartments. This place is the best apartment I've lived in, and while little pricier than living in Bellevue maybe but it's in like the perfect spot between downtown and suburbia. Cons: sometimes my upstairs neighbors workout at 5am. Walking to the garage is a little pain for the first few months until I got a spot in the building garage. It's a little smaller than a suburb apartment. Pros: I have never heard horizontal adjacent neighbors, barely hear upstairs neighbors. Best view you can ask for in Omaha with windows that open. Staff/maintenance respond quickly. Great and maintained amenities, love swimming randomly. The INTERNET I love FIBER with great deals with cox on this, I get 1tb for like $60 a month. "I've been a resident of this apartment building since 2020, and I must say it's an amazing place to live. The amenities are exceptional, and the property management team is friendly and helpful. The rooftop skydeck is a standout feature of this building, providing breathtaking views of North, East, and West Omaha. It's the perfect spot to relax and unwind, especially during the summer months. The fitness center is top-notch, and the indoor heated swimming pool is an added bonus. The location of the building is unbeatable, right in the heart of downtown Omaha a few blocks from the park, and the community is peaceful and safe. The granite countertops and stainless steel appliances are a great addition, making cooking in the kitchen a joy. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment building to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to call home in Omaha. The skydeck with stunning views, exceptional amenities, and friendly management make this a truly special place to live. The only downside is that there aren't any three-bedroom options available."

"This is one of the nicest and cleanest apartments in the area. The location is perfect walking distance to the Old Market, the Capitol District, Creighton University, and several gyms. The Wire has incredible amenities, but my favorite is the rooftop/sky deck. The building is secure, the leasing staff are kind and helpful, and the maintenance team rocks! Neighbors range from students to retired. I would recommend this place to any and everyone!"

"Here is just a little bit about the best apartment complex in Omaha. Not only are the amenities like the gym, indoor basketball court, and the AMAZING skydeck something that should immediately suck you in...but the little touches throughout the living spaces are nice as well. Everything from USB ports on the walls and the glass covering inside some of the cabinetry just ensure you're living in a posh living space. The residents are very friendly and you couldn't ask for a better staff. So to update this. I’ve been at this complex since it first opened and my opinion hasn’t changed. Easily the best apartment in Omaha. The amenities are just top notch and the staff is amazing. Sassy and Nicole are always easy to talk with and are incredibly down to earth. They absolutely go the extra mile for all their residents. You can reach out to them with any questions and they will get back to you ASAP. The residents here have become my best friends. Almost all my friends are from this building and I recommend this place to pretty much anyone I can that is looking for a sweet apartment. Cheers to The Wire!"
