"Maintenance has went above and beyond to fix the existing issues with our apartment, management is extremely nice. They are pet friendly, pool has been fixed, there is a washer and dryer I can pay using my phone which is very convenient. I absolutely love how laid back everyone is. They are updating the parking situation and building new garages for people to park in. Couldn’t be more thankful to have moved in here"

"These are the absolute worse apartments to rent from. I've been here over a year and things were okay at first but then by summer things got bad. Pest control has only been here 3 times in 14 months. The upstairs is leaking.. I have BLACK mold in my walls and on my carpet.. Insects all over... Constant noise from neighbors banging on floor and walls. Spoke with an attorney and was told to withhold rent and the new management became angry and wants to try and bully and threaten. Sent certified letter for things needing fixed and new manager WILL not sign for it so it can't be sent. Needless to say... These apartments are a joke and the management doesn't care one bit and wants to threaten to call cops on tenants constantly. The pool was open maybe a week all summer. The smell of mold is nasty and will make you sick. Needless to say I have pictures and medical records stating the mold is so bad and the cause for my kids and me being sick and so glad we found a different place!"

"HORRIBLE place and management. The apartments are falling apart and they don't replace anything or care about complains. We had heavy flooding and nothing was done about it, the whole place smelled like mold and management still said it was liveable . we got broken into and our door was never replaced, pest control only came 3 times in the year we were there so insects of all kinds were always in the apartments. Keep records of the rent you are paying, they tried to tell us we owed money because we weren't paying the correct amount "we were told" at the time of the lease but we kept all paperwork. New management thinks whatever complains you had before they worked there are irrelevant and there for won't do anything."

"I wish I could just post the photos of the apartment. the doors are all scratched the floor is stained. They refused to replace my bathroom floor even though it's falling apart. the bathroom is leaking from upstairs as a result the ceiling started to turn orange. They charge 30 dollar pet fees and water runs about 20-30 dollars a month. However, because they do not have a staff member managing anymore they accidentally paid one apartments water bill twice and skipped ours, resulting in a shut off notice. I have a picture of that also. My girl friend is talking law suit, she offered for me to get in on it but it's seems a little much. As long as white lotus is managing I will be looking for some place to move too. If only I could talk my husband into moving. oh and the worst part, they took my screen door almost 6 months ago but will not replace it. :( I am stuck running the air all summer. :( :( :( I want to move so bad."
