"I have no problem with staffs or anything. They were nice and I could get a hold of them, as long as I make it to the clubhouse. I don’t call them cause they don’t really answer, but they always seem to reply to my emails. The nice thing is they had maintenance fix my problem within a month or two, which is not bad. I’ve been living here almost a year and I also renewed my lease. My neighbors are actually very quiet and clean. However, there are a few things that I hate tho, there is no freaking parking space close by at all and it is really expensive, but luckily I’ve got two other roommates. If you’re considering renting here, consider the prices and lil exercises you gotta do for parking or taking out the trash. Also dog poops in some area. All in all, you’re going to need a lot of patience."

"I lived here for 1 year. Though there were MANY things that I could have complained about on a daily basis, I never complained to the staff. I never received any complaints about myself either. I put up with broken everything, my apartment being flooded for almost a week with no compensation, filthy environments, etc. I never complained. I paid my rent on time every month if not early. When I gave my standard 30 day notice for move-out, they told me "Oh we actually require 60 day notice so you're going to owe us an extra months rent". I told them that I was not going to owe an extra month because 30 days is standard and I had no idea they required 60 days. I had budgeted accordingly to align with the first months rent at my new place, so I couldn't afford to pay an extra month even if I wanted to. Today, I received a notice from them that they are sending me to collections over this extra month of rent that they want me to pay. Incredibly poor business practices and customer service all around. Just....Poor."

"They have a spot in their parking lot that isn’t clearly defined as only one parking spot. Have seen numerous cars paring there but when mine gets towed and I ask for a reimbursement they state it’s not defined as a parking spot and won’t reimburse. There was never any warnings or signs/notices that it’s not a parking spot. Management stated they wouldn’t do anything as they would have to do it for 20 other spots. I looked through my lease and the only thing they refer to as “ designated parking” were that of the apartments parking lots. There is nothing that outlines what designates a spot within the complex as the manager stated “ two yellow lines”. There are numerous end spots that have one yellow line as you can see attached with photos the one yellow line. Will be reaching out to the regional manager M.Kidd to discuss further. ::UPDATE:: After going to the tail end of my lease and the new management company taking over there was a lot more communication things were handled much better. They even made this secondary spot an alloted place to park which was nice and appreciated them listening to tenants. But after calling to check on the status of a deposit check due to a run around of being told o could pick it up in office now having it mailed phone was set down and person who answered voiced her frustrations assuming I couldn’t hear them. Reported it to the RPM cope line when called to verify my check status. Happy to no longer have to be dealing with the complex"

"Plain and simple, don’t move here. If I could give 0 stars I would, anything and everything about this place will make you question your very existence. This place has bad BAD juju. Absolutely no one cares about their living space here, it’s dirty, smells like B.O. all the time, your belongings will reek of cigarettes even if you don’t smoke, but it is a “smoke free community” , the dumpsters are always full and have trash outside the containers because the people here trust their 3 year olds to put their trash bags inside the dumpster by themselves, the office staff DO NOT answer the phones for ANYONE, if you have maintenance issues….you’re on your own, last but not least Bellevue police dept. is always at someone’s unit. Just don’t move here."

"Terrible management. Good luck getting ahold of the office for ANYTHING. I’ve been here since September of 2020 and regret it. I can bet my life savings I can call that at any time randomly back to back and they won’t answer. Can’t wait for my lease to be up. Also, no one has ever reached out to resolve this experience. And went the whole summer without AC because the decided that looking at it was good enough and marked my work order as completed. Took my having to go to the office, knock because they locked the doors before the office was even closed and threaten to call the housing authority on them to even get a portable ac. Once we got that, took another month to get my AC fixed. We had to sleep in our living room with our kids to stay cool. If you’re looking to rent here, RUN!"
