"Extremely friendly staff. A wonderful maintenance team that keep the place looking tiptop. Lots of grassy area to walk dogs, and doggy bag stations throughout the complex."

"Do not move in here with children! As a single mom I can’t afford a garage and we live on the second floor. My child has a scooter a trike and a couple bikes. She’s 6! For safety reasons and not being able to carry them up and down the stairs daily she was leaving them under the stairs… not in ANYONES way. The neighbor complained so she had to move them outside. I asked if there was any way to have a bike rack put by our building, was told she could walk up to the office and park them at the pool rack. Again she’s 6. So she’s been leaving them outside by the garages and with the weather getting colder and wetter I started moving them inside, to no avail- they keep getting taken back out, but she’s been putting them in the rock bed by the apartment front door. Someone took it upon themselves to put a huge “parking violation” sticker on the seat! Ok, she can’t read and it’s a damn bike!!! The neighbor downstairs is constantly knocking on our door complaining about my child being too loud on her ceiling and running… ok, tell me you’re going to get a 6 year old to sit for hours on end! We also can’t open our windows/ patio door when it’s nice out. We live in a smoke free building and the downstairs neighbor smokes on his patio so when we open our patio door for fresh air it just smells up my apartment. So much for smoke free. If you have littles find something more kid friendly, these people have no patience or compassion for them. So not only did the bike get a violation sticker, I got a letter in the mail… again my kid doesn’t read! And went to bed last night with the bikes behind my truck, woke up this morning with the bikes behind my truck and now they’re sitting in the maintenance garage. Thanks for punishing my 6 year old for being a kid."

"Overall a good place to live. Maintenance is prompt to respond to any issues and the front office staff have always been helpful and friendly. One thing I wish the complex had is a dog park/run. There are a few open spaces where one could be placed, and now that all buildings are open to pets, this would be a welcome addition to the community."
