"This place was a decidedly mixed bag, and I will elaborate below: Pros: 1.) Large apartments. 2.) Located in Dundee, though it does feel like you're kind of on the outer border of Dundee and not near anything worthwhile. 3.) At one point was relatively affordable. Cons: 1.) Cost rose to the point that it is not worth living here. 2.) They do not take very good care of the building; things leak, peel, crumble, and break. 3.) For a long time, the Lund office was extremely rude and unhelpful when anything was brought up that required fixing. This changed after a number of complaints and contacting the city to bring in an inspector. 4.) THIN walls. The tenant above us had a dog that was pretty loud, and we could hear it barking all day until she got home. And that is not including loud music or tv's from other apartments, which you can also hear. 5.) The boiler basically worked 60% of the time winter of 2019. That means COLD apartments. 6.) They now charge for parking, and there are not very many spaces to begin with. 7.) There is an AA house right across the street, and they meet ALL the time. So, forget street parking being regularly available. 8.) Bugs, despite paying a monthly pest control fee. 9.) Quarter, and now card-based communal laundry. 10.) The plumbing is very old, so get ready for showers that will remind you of the Fire Swamp from the Princess Bride. You get a "THUMP!" warning, and then 2 seconds later, SCALDING water. And I mean, scream-inducing. This happens at random intervals, so you never really know when you are going to get boiled."

"Pros 1. WiFi is available for $35 month 2. Maintenance and staff are very nice. 3. Location is okay. Feels like the outskirts of Dundee. 4. Large apartment/vaulted ceilings. Cons: 1. When we toured the apartment, we were told utilities were included. We were viewing the basement unit and then decided we would prefer the top floor - turns out utilities were only included for the basement unit. We were not told otherwise until we were signing the lease to the top floor apartment. 2. They charge you for pest control every month even if you don't get your apartment sprayed monthly. We have seen a handful of cockroaches in our apartment and throughout the building. 3. Thin walls. This is a pet-friendly apartment and should not be. I have a dog, but the tenants below me could hear anytime my dog barked. If you walk in the halls past someone's apartment, you can hear someone simply doing the dishes or even sneeze in their apartment. If the neighbor is listening to music, you will for sure hear it in your apartment. 4. They charge you a processing fee every month to pay rent. 5. No parking. With 3 months last in the lease, they decided to charge for assigned parking spots. There is off-street parking, but hard to find a place to park because of other houses/apartments without parking spots. There is also an alcoholic anonymous center across the street and they park off the street during meetings so especially hard to find parking during those times."
