"Honestly the WORST apartment complex I’ve ever dealt with. Please don’t bother renting here. The management here is nonexistent and there is no maintenance crew. Through no fault of their own. They can’t get anyone to stay with them because (big surprise) the management here is God awful. They are a property managed by Elevate Living headquartered out of Wayzata, MN. Talk to department of housing and report them. They can’t keep getting away with neglecting their tenants. They have fired like 2 property managers and the other employees “quit” so there’s really nobody working here at all anymore. Oh yeah and their upstairs gym doesn’t have working AC. People have to leave the door open and angle the two little fans they didn’t think to replace with all the money they’re making off the residents. If you love to pay for MEDIOCRITY this place is perfect for you!"

"It’s been a week since it snowed the first time and no one has shoveled either of the entrances on the 10th street bridge. People are just allowing their dogs to pee and poop right outside the entrance as well. They removed the trash can from the 10th street Butternut door a few weeks ago because someone threw the lid 3 floors downstairs onto the parking lot, so now it’s just a free for all. If you want to live around management that doesn’t care and residents that don’t either then this is the place for you. I feel like I’m surrounded by degenerates."

"just like i shared on yelp . all i can say is 10/10! the staff here is amazing! every responsive , knowledgeable and most of all reliable. especially karina. she has helped me and my spouse pick the perfect place to call home. she makes sure we are token care of, if we have any doubts or questions about anything she is quick to help. the building is amazing , i've never had any issues with the elevator, pets or another tenant ever. maintenance is very hard working as well, gets the job done. overall i thank the staff for managing this building the way they do and it's definitely a great place to call home."

"I lived here for two years and had the absolute worst experience. The management and staff is incredibly rude and EXTREMELY hard to get ahold of. Maintenance also never fixes things in a timely manner or does things well - I had outstanding requests for over a year and frequently had to get the same thing fixed over and over again. The building itself is very dingy and dirty. There would often be pet feces in the hallways for days at a time because they only have the cleaning staff clean on the first floor. There was once dried up poop in the hallway for over a month! Frequently there is pet pee in the elevators that just dries up because the owners don't clean up. The building also constantly smells like marijuana. The elevators! This was one of the worst parts about living here. Only about 1/2 the elevators on this property work at a given time and they often take weeks, if not months to repair. For over a month I had to enter in through the far door, go up to the eighth floor, and walk across two buildings to get to my apartment because the elevators were broken in my building. Also, when I moved in, both elevators by my door were broken so we had to haul all of the furniture in through another building and up eight floors and dragged through two buildings. It took forever. At move out, they nickel and dimed us for normal wear and tear. They took pictures of the smallest of imperfections and kept our security deposit even after we meticulously cleaned. They charged me for not scraping out the oven and leaving a single command hook up- who does that?! I wouldn't wish anyone to live here or at any Elevate properties. It's a horrible value, rude staff, and you will be wanting to move out ASAP. For the price you could move in somewhere MUCH nicer."

"I recently moved into Old Market Lofts back in August and have been nothing but impressed. I felt welcomed the moment we stepped into the leasing office for our apartment tour and that feeling has not diminished at all. Management is incredibly helpful and any maintenance requests have been completed within a day or two of submitting them. The apartments themselves are perfectly laid out and very quiet. My window backs up to the train station and I cannot hear the train whatsoever at night. I also share a wall with my roommate and we cannot hear each other from our rooms if our doors are closed so they are very soundproof as well, meaning you will not be hearing your neighbors late at night either. The residents are very considerate too. The location cannot be beat as well. Many people assuming the rent must be really high due to the location but it is incredible reasonable. Parking in the building in comparable to other apartments in the area as well and the garage is well maintained. I have also made great use of the community spaces, such as the gym and the community room - areas that are open to residents 24/7. I have visited many apartment buildings in the area and would say that these are by far the best."
