"The maintenance man Scotty is really good Fast and Efficient Called maintenance because garbage disposal Stopped working Scotty came over had to reset While here he had three door stops to put on I just bought three new blinds to replace but could not put up while here Scotty put up For me THANKS SCOTTY"

"I would absolutely give this place a 0! They never got anything fixed in a timely manner and when we loved out they kept some of the deposit for some of the dumbest stuff ever. They charged us for light bulbs that they should have replaced. They charged us for blind replacement when the blinds didn’t need to be replaced at all. Also charged us for a drip pan and a bunch of other stuff that didn’t need to be replaced. So I would strongly suggest going else where would be much better than this. The property manager would “complete” the maintenance request without actually doing the work. Corporate really blows. You are better off doing the work yourself and that’s is pretty sad. They also cannot keep maintenance people because they are too cheap and do not want to spend any extra money and they nickel and time you for the dumbest stuff. Again, I would pay for something better than this trash can they call an apartment. I would leave a negative number for a review if I could."

"I have been with this apartment complex since 2018. How do you say at a different location and then I moved over to this complex I really love SCHWALB REALTY . Rodney ! the owner he’s very understanding. He make sure his residents are comfortable Terry she used to be at the old complex that I live there. She’s super awesome Miss Wanda I absolutely love her if I call her and she doesn’t answer. I’ll send a text or leave a voicemail. If she’s very good at calling me back, but she has to manage all the tenants in this apartment complex so I typically go into the office. She’s there at the front desk waiting. I have two children and this apartment complex is so quiet is the peace that you need. If you need alone time there’s parks around things to do. However, very recommend this apartment complex for anybody with small children are children at all. The neighbors are very friendly and nice. We look out for each other . I love it here ."

"I absolutely love Wanda ! this apartment complex is very quiet its very safe I have two small children this is my second property with this company and I can honestly say they take care of their people , they vacuum the hallways pick up trash outside it's very clean . They are very understanding when times get hard Mario & Joe are the best maintenance guys ! They will handle things same day moth of the time . Rodney theanger of schealb is also awesome . I've been with the company since 2018 . I would definitely recommend Wellington Park"

"This could possibly be a good place to rent but the communication and application process has been a mess since the beginning. Getting a hold of Wanda the property manager is near impossible. When she does call you back it’s never that day and usually multiple days later. We never received a receipt for our deposit and were never given any paperwork with regards to our new apartment. Tried to get our deposit back and have yet to hear back from the company. Avoid dealing with these people if you can."
