"Marcie, the current property manager will not arrange snow removal on the sidewalks surrounding the property and the seniors who live here are unable to dig out their cars after plowing. My friend/resident there is afraid to speak up because of retribution that she has witnessed, repeatedly by Marcie, towards residents who ask for help with legitimate safety issues, such as this one."

"On behalf of my brother Kenith Colbert. He has been living in unsafe and hazardous conditions since moving in and it has not been a year. Leaking bathroom shower which took 2 weeks to fix and no heat which has never been fixed. Been heating by using oven"

"My friend lives here. I pick her up on Tuesday for meeting. It is a very nice clean safe quiet place to live. They have a room my friend has had family get together there. Clean."

"The other review here isn't even helpful, so I have to post one that is. The manager was very accommodating for my mom. She was set to move into a 1 bedroom apartment. My mom went to sign papers and get the keys the day before her scheduled move in date and there was a 2 bedroom apartment available. Mom really wanted a 2 bed. They had it ready to go by the time we started moving things in, with only a day and a half to get it done. The maintenance guy isn't real charmer but he seems nice enough. As for the building itself, its common areas are inviting. There are lots of things to do and the residents seem pretty friendly."
