"Is there a way to give a place 0 stars?? I've had multiple (4-5) packages stolen this year from this apartment complex and anytime I bring it up, they would say that there is nothing they could do about it, or that I should take it up with the delivery service. The management here has always been very mediocre when it comes to dealing with any type of problem. DO NOT RENT HERE"

"If you enjoy receiving packages without them being stolen constantly then don’t rent here. The mailroom constantly has packages stolen and just today when I went to the mailroom and all of the packages inside are completely ripped open and everything is stolen. When packages have been stolen in the past management does absolutely nothing. DO NOT RENT HERE."

"Great apartments with new appliances, beautiful courtyard and a lot of beautiful areas to walk around nearby. Friendly manager and love having a fitness center available 24/7."

"Way too expensive for what you get! No pets in the courtyard which is dumb since their is no dog park anyway so nowhere to take your pets! Just make sure everyone picks up after themselves….. plus their are cameras so you know who didn’t pick up after themselves! Grills are absolutely disgusting, never been cleaned when they should be cleaned at least once a month or a week would be better! I opened up the grill one day and their was a rat in their probably because it’s never been cleaned! The gym looks like it’s never been cleaned either, the floors are dirty and the machines dirtier which most machines are broken! Garage rent is way too ridiculous and it’s also not very clean! Maintenance is okay but I had them have to come in several times to fix certain things that still aren’t fixed as I plan to move out in a couple of days! Just def not work the amount of money you pay! The apartments are beautiful but just not worth what you pay!"

"Shelley the apartment manager is very pleasant to deal with. She goes above and beyond with her job duties. She'll make sure to email out any important information we need to know ahead of time and tries her best to make it an enjoyable experience for everyone living here. She'll set up fun little get to know your neighbor events and she really enjoys it. When I told her I was moving out she put in effort she didn't have to to help me look for other places to move into."
