"I have lived at the Bank for over a year now and my roommate and I love our apartment. We live on the older side of the complex but it's just as nice as the new side. We have our own washer and dryer in our apartment, the free wifi works great, and our floor is nice and peaceful. When we moved in, everything in the apartment seemed brand new. Callie and McKenna were great at getting us situated and answering our questions in a timely manner. We love our big windows, views, carpeted rooms, and kitchen. The rooms have amazing lighting so we don't even have to use the lamps and other light fixtures we bought before moving in. We're surrounded by good restaurants, bars, and Gene Leahy mall is in walking distance down the street. If you go to Creighton, the campus is fairly close and I know many people who choose to walk there when the weather is warm. Maintenance is quick with responding. We utilize the two gyms and the two common areas on the 6th and 11th floor pretty often. The gym on the 11th floor has a great view while running on the treadmills. The grills work well and the common areas are kept clean. The cleaning lady is really nice and friendly. The other tenets here seem to be a mixture of students and families. Everyone we've met have been nice and the floors are pretty quiet. Though there is not really any guest parking, it is always easy to find street parking. I would recommend anyone to live here."
"I have called the Bank Apartments home for over 3 years. Ever since the day I contacted the manager (Callie) about moving in, she has done everything to ensure that the Bank felt like home. I moved in from out of state and needed a place in 2 weeks. Although the apartment I requested just had the tenant move out, Callie ensured that it was ready when I moved in 2 weeks later. Maintenance here is the best I've ever delt with. Any issue has been dealt with within 24 hours. Especially when my bedroom flooded and my fridge broke down, they got it taken care of almost as soon as they got the request. Callie was also extremely helpful with dealing with my rental insurance company to ensure my claim was approved. The management also hosts special events for their tenants (free breakfast, free ice cream socials, Easter egg hunts, etc). The building is secure and tenants are encouraged to report or call the police when they see trespassers. There are 2 fitness centers that are well maintained and a game room with a pool table. There are also 2 rooftop outdoor areas that provide a stunning view of downtown Omaha. I have loved calling the Bank Apartments home and I know you will too!!"
"I have lived in the Bank apartments for over 3 years. I love living here. Management (McKenna and Callie) are amazing. They truly care about tenants. Th building is clean, secure and safe. They change the air filters and spray for bugs at least 3 times a year. The building is always clean and maintenance always resolves any problems almost immediately. The views are beautiful. The building is located right on an ORBT bus route that goes from the old market to the Westroads mall. There are stations nearby to rent a scooter or electric bike. Treadmills on top floor, soda and snack machines. There is a secure mail room to pick up your delivered packages. Underground heated parking is $125 a month and the Douglas street garage, 2 blocks away, is $45 a month. The building is conveniently close to many restaurants, a dollar general express and a small convenient store. The newly renovated Gene Leahy mall is only 4 blocks away."
