Maple Ridge

"I have lived here almost 3 yrs. Times are hard for everyone & I have had to pay my rent late which I'm not happy about. It all started when I moved from 1 unit to another in the same building. The manager at the time was out sick & the rebt portal was messed up because I switched apartments in the same building. I was promised my late fee for August would be taken off it wasn't, instead I was charged twice for late fees due to no fault of mine. Now the apartment manager locks the portal and makes you get a money order when you are late. Not my fault noone knew what was going on nor how to fix it when I moved but I'm paying for it by them locking the portal every month when I pay my rent PLUS the late fee which I have no problem paying. I can't wait to move in Aug because honestly they look worse than when I moved in almost 3 yrs ago. I have also expressed to the new manager that transportation is a issue & it's hard for me to get money orders & she locks it anyway. The old manager at least she worked with us & did not ever lock the rent portal. I never see anyone cleaning the halls any more they have sand & mud all in the halls, the paking lot in front of my building has holes in it from the retaining wall construction & new sidewalk & retains alot of water when it rains. We was told after the construction the lot was being resurfaced but it never was. I really did use to love living here."

"I honestly would not recommend anyone moving here if you can help it. There are no secured entries into the buildings (no offense, but I've caught homeless ppl standing around inside our buildings mutl times during the winter months) there was also an incident when I saw a girl pooping in the hallway in a bag, they do not and I mean do not fix or update their units. We've been waiting on a new dishwasher for over a year. They will not come and fix the ceiling fan that I reported was falling over a month ago before Christmas. I seen the maintenance man in the hallway just yesterday and he said that he'll get to it that there were other issues with roofs leaking throughout the property that I assume is high priority. Goldmark management should really be ashamed for these overly priced horrible apts."

"Please clarify when the Maple Ridge apartments got built? Which one bedroom if any cost how much? Do the apartments have ceiling fans and which tenant pays what?"

"My fiance and I lived here for a few years and in the beginning there was great communication from the office and now it's completely gone downhill. The people who work in the office now are so unprofessional and don't even work half the time, so if you move in here don't expect a reply back on an email or them to answer the phone or to even pick up a package from the office, because no one is ever there. They raised our rent outrageously every year which I get in this economy, but the apartments are completely falling apart. Our subfloors are broken in several spots and all they did was come "look" at it, no resolution. We finally found a house so we would never have to come back and today was our final walk through...NOBODY SHOWED UP FOR THE TIME WE SCHEDULED WEEKS AGO!! INCREDIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL!! I promise you can find something better, don't settle on this complex I wouldn't recommend it to anyone I know!"

"BEST APARTMENTS IN OMAHA! WE ABSOLUTELY LOVED OUR EXPERIENCE AT MAPLE RIDGE APARTMENTS. THANK YOU ROCHELLE for getting us in our apartment and being so kind to our family during our stay there. My kids broke a closet door and maintenance fixed it that day! The sidewalks were cleared and salted in the mornings before we walked to our cars to take the kids to school when it snowed(unlike our past complexes). The washer and dryer worked perfect and was always available when we needed it in our complex(unlike our past complexes). We had quite neighbors(unlike our past complexes). The office was always available and friendly(unlike our past complexes). The hallways floors are clean and odor free in our complex(unlike our past complexes). The dumpster was never overflowing(unlike our past complex) . We weren’t lied to with any extra hidden fees during and after we moved out(u like our past complexes). And last but not least there is plenty of Hot water for baths and showers for our family(unlike our past complexes). We moved into our first home in Omaha after we moved out of Maple Ridge Apartments. Thank You Again and Again Rochelle!"
