"“I want to warn people when choosing these apartments. This is the worst I’ve seen. The apartment is rented out in an unfit condition: the furniture in the kitchen and in the bathroom is all old and swollen, the carpet is old (I don’t even know how long it hasn’t been changed). The manager’s attitude is not friendly. And there were even cockroaches in the apartment. The water from the tap stinks. Please think before you save 100 dollars and move into these apartments.”"

"I was walking with my buddy about to visit a friend when we saw some guys trying to move a couch. we went to help them when a couple minutes later a guy (who I assume is the landlord/homeowner) pulled up and asked me what we were doing. when I answered that we where helping these people he told us to get off the property. I was in shock, but luckily our new couch friends were able to vouch for us. the homeowner dude told us to help with the couch quickly, then to get off the property. my only guess as to why he targeted us to get off his property was because of the religion I belong to (my apparel displayed that). we weren't causing any harm, just trying to help some strangers with the difficult task of moving a couch. fare warning to people that the staff here are prejudice."

"Apartment was not like the one they showed me. The bathroom floors were completely different from the staged apartment as well as the closet doors. The closet door was broken off in the big bedroom. The other bed room, the closet doors wouldn't open. The living room blinds wouldn’t close. The kitchen blinds were tough to move back and forth to open and close. It’s like they didn’t even do a walk through before I moved it! The last tenant literally moved out 3 days before they had me move in which is honestly not enough time to get an apartment together but whatever. Anyways, The icing on the cake was The refrigerator being infested with roaches! Management was very nonchalant about it like it wasn’t a big deal. Thank god I was able to get out the lease IMMEDIATELY without penalty. Idc how much money I lost , staying there wouldn’t have been worth it. Move in at your own risk! DO NOT sign anything without seeing the unit you’ll be moving into!"

"I moved in about 3 weeks ago and so far I very satisfied with the service Colonial have provided. No community is perfect, but I could sense that the property manager, Makenzie, and other staffs tried their very best to created the community that we all wants to live in. The apartment was is an great condition. Also, Rick, the maintenance manager is a great person and very easy to communicate with. He done an excellent work and I can see that he always want to put 100% effort to incomplete maintenance when we moved in. I feel very safe and welcome by his tone. And I really appreciate one lady who always pick up the trash around, despite tenants that always leave the trash beside the dumpster. Overall, I think the service is great but the some of the tenants around here. For example, some night they would not sleep until 1am and will hangout and making loud noises outside. I think, the Colonial should be consider about this part, the safety of us all. That’s all for me today as a new resident."

"We have an excellent Property Manager and Maintenance team. Our Property Manager cares about this property and the tenants who live here. Furthermore our maintenance team, especially Rick is the best you can ever ask for. Also, renewing our lease was seamlessly easy because of Mackenzie.
