"I have been here about 4 years now and have nothing but good things to say. The rent is very fair and annual increases have been fractions of what my friends at other properties have been charged. Location is very convenient right off Dodge and the interstate and complex is quite and I have never had any issues. Maintenance is responsive and has fixed any issue I've had the same day, and the grounds are always clean and clear. Best apartments I've ever lived in."

"DO NOT LIVE HERE! This apartment complex I have lived at for a number of years and have seen so many leasing agents, property managers and maintenance leave. The windows and front door in most of the apartments are dated all the back to probably the 1970s and leak your heating and air conditioning so your power bill will be outrageous. They never update anything besides some of the lights outside and they removed most of the great trees they had. Management is always late in removing your rent payments by a week so a number of problems can happen and they blame it on your bank. There is a lot more wrong with this property to name. Avoid at all costs!"

"We chose Eden West when we decided to downsize from living in a house and our boys had graduated high school. We have lived here 6 and a half years now. It is a very quiet community but close to the interstate so easy to get anywhere in Omaha. The staff is quick to respond to our needs and keeps the grounds and pool and buildings in great shape for an older complex. We love living here and recommend it often."
