"Management sucks she never responds. Lacks common communication skills. Plumbing issues that are never resolved. Outrageous extra fees on top of rent each month. The entire apartment is falling apart. Homeless people sleeping in the halls. Weed smell throughout every hallway. Dumpster is always full but gives you violations for leaving trash outside the dumpster. Where else am I supposed to put it?? Overall one of the worst apartments I’ve ever rented. Do not move here."

"This place is ok. Beware no one picks up after their dogs. And the washer/dryer units are broken/out of order 60% of the time. They charge you a ridiculous fee if you pay rent late .. They also charge you a service charge every month for water /sewer and electricity even though you already pay via mud and Oppd . Makes no sense .. Ac/heater works but only sometimes. Dishwasher never works, and there are always cops or ambulances outside. They definitely Don’t seem to care much ab their tenants. But hey at least the rents cheap"

"Not even worth the single star. Horrible area to live in. Management changes every few months, just not taken care of. On several occasions while living here, I feared for my safety and the safety of my vehicle. Police are at this apartment complext at least three times a week. On one occasion we couldn't leave our apartment because there were officers outside with guns drawn. This place is just so trashy. When I moved in, I was offered an on site laundry unit, which was available for a couple months until the management locked all the doors to the laundry units. They have a single unit available at the office. Do not move into these apartments. They're full of trashy, loud, pot smoking neighbors. The amount of crime you'll witness living here is concerning. Do not move here unless you have no other options."

"I would give it less than 0 if I could. When me & my roommate moved in everything was great, we even liked Brandy, but that was the honeymoon stage. We did not receive our mail key when we moved in, we tried to go get it but she's never in her office, I then finally had to leave a note so that we would receive it. Then parking. Parking is the worst. Even though whenever we need a guest parking pass we can never get one anymore according to Brady because we haven't returned any. I call major BS because if she was ever in her office she would have received them in person instead of me leaving them in the dropbox. We have returned every single one we have needed to barrow. It got ridiculous enough that my boyfriend had to buy his own because she wouldn't lend him one. And now my roommate is in need of one because she had to barrow her mom's car so we can't get a sticker and have no where for her to park. Please tell me how this makes sense?? Oh yeah cause it doesn't. Also dogs barking and constant neighbors fighting. Here's more complaints!!! We had a notice of furnace people to come change our filter & they didn't come the day we were told. The next day all of a sudden in the morning there are people coming into our apartment without us knowing!!!!!!!! HOW DISRESPECTFUL!!!!! It should not be okay to not give another notice and then have random people in my apartment!!!! If it wasn't so much to pay to move out before my year is up, I would've moved out the 2nd day. DO NOT CHOOSE MAPLE VIEW APARTMENTS FOR A HOME!!!!!!!!"

"AWFUL SERVICE, my a/c unit has gone out time and time again during days with heat advisories and it always happens to go out after hours and emergency maintenance always has some excuse as to why they can’t make it out that night and someone will be there the next day which usually they don’t come. They have recharged the Freon multiple times saying that it was just low and we have told them multiple times that our unit has a leak and that they need to replace it yet they do not. The buildings are dirty and smell of weed, nobody cleans up their messes in the halls and there is never any parking at night. Management has changed multiple times since I have lived here over the last year and the girl who had the best attitude randomly “no longer worked here” right after we renewed our lease and the new ladies in the office have very poor attitudes and will not address your concerns. When the new company took over they neglected to inform us of the new late fee policy, and they are just making more and more rules and regulations as time goes on. We had a great maintenance guy before too and they pushed him away by saying he didn’t keep the property clean enough. I have also had problems with my toilet overflowing, water coming into my apartment from outside because the gutters were never cleaned and many more issues. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!"
