"I have been trying to reach someone at the office for days left voicemails and no one returned my calls . Also sent emails and inquired about a townhome no one reached out to me just yet !"
"Not a good place to live, always dirty, kids running in the streets without supervision, throwing rocks, teenagers partying in the parking lot, they’ll charge you for every little extra thing, sinks and drains are constantly clogging, can’t do your laundry if it’s 20 degrees or under your drains will freeze, pool is never open, constantly having people come in your house to spray for bugs, which they don’t do a good job at, always having issues with that, office staff are rude, especially when you move out, don’t break your lease they will charge you thousands and everything else they can charge you for, won’t be surprised if there the next place to shut down"
"The office lady kicked me and my brother out assuming we didn't live there and the pool said it was 5 feet and I jumped in and it was 6 feet the messuments are off a child could drown!"
"Well I moved here from out of state and Jennifer was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. My place is quiet nice. Staff is super helpful and friendly. Some of the neighbors are friendly. Others are quiet rude to my special needs kid and made her cry. But other than that I’m grateful for having a nice home. And Jennifer is great and very helpful. So I would totally recommend this place."
"I love living here, love my townhouse, love the area... so the 3 star rating really breaks down to 2 MAJOR issues I've had here. One (and most important) they refuse to believe my AC doesn't work. My house is almost 80 degrees CONSTANTLY in the summer and my electric bills averaged about $300 last summer, they just keep replacing a filter.... Issue two is that the pool seems to be only for showing off to new potential residents since it is full and not open to to the residents. In the 4 years I've lived here we've been able to use the pool a total of 3 days as it is ALWAYS closed. Update to add: My AC did get fixed and they DID open the pool"
