Northview Apartments,

"Please do your research before living in any Lund Company properties. One of the worst overall apartment experiences we’ve had. They allow smoking in the units but will charge you at least 2k upon moving out for frivolous things. Don’t get me started on the constant maintenance issues and bug infestations (especially in the fall). Yet if you have so much as a slightly damaged blind you’ll be served a letter to fix immediately or pay an insane fee for them to fix. Looks ok on the outside living here but it’s horrible. This is specific to our time at Northview but I would avoid any property Casey manages. My favorite memory is the letter she sent to our neighbors to remove the Nebraska Flag (we think someone thought it was a rebel flag) she didn’t even care enough to check for herself. She’s lazy and overall not a good person."

"This was the perfect place for my son and I to live while building a home. The apartment was very spacious, the other tenants were extremely friendly, and it was a quiet complex. I appreciated the excellent communication from the manager, Casey, and the maintenance person was extremely kind and helpful when our washing machine overfilled. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a safe and comfortable home."

"Updated: I’m going on 2 years living in the Northview Apartments. I still love living in these apartments. For me, it’s just a comfortable place to live. I really like my apartment. I moved in September 2019. I have plenty of storage, the washer/dryer are in a convenient location. I've had a couple maintenance issues, each time, the maintenance staff completed the job in a timely manner. So far my Northview experience has been positive."

"While living here, there were constant maintenance issues. Our entire apartment would frequently get flooded by the neighbors leaking plumbing. The walls were paper-thin and the doors and windows would leak if it rained. The filters were rarely changed and caused the vents to blow out old, black dust. Corn spiders and wolf spiders will come under the doors during harvest. They are usually a quarter up to half-dollar in size. It was an infestation come fall-time. Neighbors were mostly rough-necks on our side of the apartments. Lots of angry drunks and fighting."
