"I got a hold of management about a mobile home that I was interested in and came to iowa to check out the mobile home and the community. I met with Josephine and we went through the mobile home she informed me of the pros and cons. Since then we have renovated our home bringing it into a modern style look. Now we have children and they love it here so do we.If your not responsible for any up keep of your home then you should rent an apartment so you can be treated as you act,lol. This place is far enough from the city but just close enough that if you had to walk it's a couple miles. No matter where you live your always going to have to make the best of your situation and we have what we didn't anywhere else and that's PEACE OF MIND."

"Maintenance doesn't do their job, people try braking in there."

"My trailer is amazing, people are polite and friendly. Our park supervisor is very helpful and friendly. She goes above and beyond to help the people living here. If you have any questions she will help you out and if she doesn't know the answer she will find out and let you know. I don't have any issues here. I don't worry about theft or anything. It's a quiet place and I just love the area."

"Ridiculous Poor management Turning the water on and off causing damage to the pipes. Which the tenant has to pay even though they didn’t cause the damage. they let people drink possibly contaminated water without informing until the last minute. High rent Extremely high light bill 99% of the homes are not live able Random dogs running around causing injuries to a past manager. She nearly lost a finger. Not family oriented"

"New onsite management team is awesome! They are very involved and pay attention to details. Park is being improved. Vacant homes are being remodeled and are really nice. Family friendly and safe place to live. Great to see the park is being taken care and the managers care about the tenants!"
