When you call they know who you are and your situation. You never have to follow up with them, if they say they are going to do something they do it, and quickly. They are excellent with Quickbooks and very helpful, Tracy took the time to sit down with me and answer any questions I had with it, and she did not rush through it, she made sure I understood everything.
