"Used to like living here but rent increase after completing my lease agreement and for renewing my lease monthly rent cost went higher almost 25% rather than staying the same or going lower for being able to complete the year lease agreement and property does need updating and remodeling to a more modernise life style living ONLY GOOD THING WAS THE POP MACHINE IN THE 24HOURS LAUNDRY ROOM ALWAYS STOCKED WITH WATER AND PEPSI PRODUCTS FOR $1.25 (16OZ DRINK ) but am sure that cost will also go up :-("
