"We used the Bookkeepers for a few years. Sold 2 homes, Mother passed and left money and didn't want to deal with filing taxes for those years... 2014 was sent taxes owed from Federal.. Took in the paper work that I had at the time of filing to show she failed to enter on tax form. Was told it was the wrong form. Amount was there to file and the IRS could ask. Now we live in AZ and sent taxes owed to State of Iowa from 2013.. Again, same issue. Be aware, if you show them their mistake, they will give a story to say it was not their fault and you pay the penalty... Glad I am back doing my own taxes..."
