"The problem in building one is cockroaches. They keep coming back even though the building managers send exterminators. I try to help and keep my apartment mostly clean. If I could move the other buildings I would. Building 1 has had so many issues for me over the past year. The maintenance team has done awesome work, especially Lee, so that's why I gave Ridge Oaks 3 stars."
"We just had a tour today given by Breanna. She was incredibly knowledgeable in answering all of our questions and concerns and very friendly. The apt unit shown was spotless, spacious, and very quiet. Above all the entire property shows how much pride and care management has in maintaining a clean and safe environment for everyone. Both the manager and Breanna are very welcoming and I couldn’t be more excited to be moving here!"

"My appreciation goes out to Lee the maintenance guy. The heater in my kids room was not blowing hot air. Lee came out the day after the work order was submitted. He replaced the whole unit in a timely manner and just in time for this drastic temperature drop. He did what needed to be done without wasting any time. Thank You"
"New management is wayyy better than the old ones. Stuff is starting to get done quicker than usual! Very happy with the new team especially Shyna, she has been awesome when contacted! Definitely enjoying living here!"
