"Washing machine brakes regularly once a month, leaving without detergent and coins for loading another washer, dryer needs 2-3 cycles to actually get your clothes to dry and you can pay for it only with coins. Read the contract carefully"

"Really easy move in process. Signed some papers and then we were able to start getting our stuff moved in. Easy access to areas around the complex such as trash, recycle, laundry, and parking. Apartment was clean and had new carpet installed before our move in. Great access to many things around Sioux Falls such as parks, shopping, grocery stores, and the interstate. Rylie was a great help making our move in as easy as possible!"

"I normally wouldn't post but I feel as if this needs to be known. I've lived here for 4 years and had nothing but fantastic experience and great neighbors. Rent was always reasonably raised. (reason for 2 stars) Once management changed things start to go down hill. The washer and dryers didn't perform as well as they used to. Front door buzzer has been out of order for months. Lights aren't changed as regularly. And my most recent complaint is stealing. In the 4 years I've lived here we never had thief's until recently. I've had 3 amazon packages stolen since the buzzer has been broken (about 3 months). Someone stole a set of golf clubs along with some other decoration items from my personal parking spot. I called the front desk multiple times and left a voicemail with no response back. Called back the next day and someone answered, I explained the situation. Just to have a response of "The same happened to me and my stuff was opened and put in my neighbors spot, you'll just have to go downstairs and look around." As if it wasn't a big deal. I did go down and look with no sight of them. So, you noticed someone was going through peoples stuff and you did nothing to investigate it or let the community know to be aware and on the lookout? Will not be renewing my lease after this."

"Jen and team were great. Very friendly, helpful and professional. I had problems with signing the lease online and Jen just told me to come down and they would help me and they did with a smile. Which I appreciate because it was a very stressful time for my daughter and I and they made things so easy. They really helped me put my mind to ease and made the experience smooth. I had an issue with the hand sink in my bathroom a few days after I moved in and maintenance was there within the hour. I am very glad I went with Elevate Living and Jen and team:)"

"We moved here about 1 year ago and found it to be such an improvment over the last apartment. It's not very noisy here with kids running back and forth 30 or more times a day like the last place we lived. We were told by the manager of our old apartment that the kids have a right to run back and forth from 8am to 10pm and of course the people (us) living below them had no right to complain. We enjoy the parking garage and the keyed entrance too. There is a lot more room here so we aren't cramped tightly in here. We also like the prompt service when we call about anything needing to be fixed or music being played too loud. All in all it's a better and nicer place to live and now we feel as if we are really home."
