"We moved to Sioux Falls in December and looked at several different places - this is by far the best. Spacious apartments, quiet location and excellent staff. Paulette has been extremely helpful and always greets us with a smile. The few small maintenance issues we had when we moved in were immediately taken care of by Brian. GREAT place to live!!"

"This apartment was everything I wanted. They are spacious and with great looking appliances. The entire year I was there I only had 1 problem being a sink clogged. Within 24 hours it was taken care of. The management was very easy to get ahold of if needed. Only reason I’m not staying longer is I promised my kids a pool. I highly recommend Meadow Ridge Apartments!"

"I have lived in Sioux Falls since 1993 and have lived at Meadowridge Apartments for going on 5 years now. This has been the best living experience since I moved here. You could not ask for a nicer landlord. The rent here is extremely reasonable and the garages keep my cars safe and out of the weather. This is a security building. And also a zero tolerance neighborhood so there is nobody with a criminal record living here. Very quiet and very safe. In the summertime the grass is kept manicured weekly and in the winter time the maintenance staff here is obsessed with keeping the parking lots clear so people can get in and out and nobody is late for work. There are very few kids here and also no pets are allowed so it's very quiet here. Mostly young couples and professionals live here so everybody's nice and polite. They hold doors for you and they say hi when you come in and out. What more could you ask for? I would highly recommend coming to sit with management here if you are looking for a nice quiet home where everything is taken care of for you and you can focus on work."

"I have lived here for a year. Signing a new year lease next month. I love it. I have not had one issue since my fiance and I have moved in. All the appliances work great. The landlord is very nice. The only issue I have is parking... There are definitely not enough spots for everyone who lives here. Other than that, these apartments are great!!"
