"Do Not Do Business with this company!!!! I recently opened a checking account with them and this experience has been a total nightmare!! My account was approved and I proceeded to deposit a check in the amount of $2,500. A few days later I recieved my debit card in the mail. I activated it the same day then proceeded to login to my account only to find my account was locked. It gave me a number to call, so I called immediately. I was told I needed too send them a notorized copy of my ID as well as a written statement staing I am the person who opened the account. So, I did exactly that and sent to them by fax within the hour. I'm still locked out of my account and do not have access to my money. I've made several calls only to be told repeatedly there's nothing they can do as the fraud department has to unlock my account. They said there isn't a contact number to the "fraud" department or email or anyone specific to contact! So, basically they just stole my $2,500!!!!!!!!!"

"Trying to close out my account but this company makes it difficult to do anything without account number. Gave my social security number and address to find my account number. Even spoke to a representative via email and still couldn't get the account number. Ryan was able to find my account and tell me my balance, but want helpful enough to give me the account number to close the account. I emailed him again and he didn't respond. How unprofessional."

"I wanted to start an account here, but unfortunately they do not allow you to connect your accounts to mint.com, which tracks all of our spending and goals, so we have chosen TD Ameritrade which seems like it should work. Their online customer service though was very quick to give me the info I needed so 5 stars for that!"
