"Very disappointed by our experience with Premier especially moving in and out. We moved into a filthy apartment which Premier did make right with us by reducing our first months rent. When moving out, I spent hours cleaning the apartment. They later charged us $140 in a cleaning fee ($30 per hour) for their “third party cleaners” who could not have spent more than 1-2 hours cleaning up a few things I missed (including a picture of their poor paint job on the wall). Extremely disappointed and would never recommend this rental company to anyone moving to the Vermillion area. Tried calling to talk about these fees and was told there is nothing they can do to make this right. Talk about taking advantage of young college students who don’t know any better."
