"The two that were working had no desire to help me, and I was the only one in there. I stood there for about five minutes while the two employees just gabbed away. When they finally helped me, they were very rude. When I went to check out and pay, they said absolutely nothing. Definitely won't be going back!"

"Stopped in on vacation for a portable vape, grabbed one and when I got it charged the battery was a dead bad unit. Went back next morning staff was extremely friendly and offered to replace with a different unit and it works great! Some of the best customer service I’ve had in a long time and unexpected from a smoke shop. Prices seemed right in line with industry standards and shop was very busy both times."

"Okay, it's like this. I buy different products from here. Some are reasonably priced and effective. Some are (on average) $5-$10 more expensive than I'd pay at a different vape shop. It's Spencer, what are ya gonna do? But the worst is my latest vape system. The box was open as a display unit, and I suspect this battery was used, as it has less life than the 5 month old battery that I was using previously. The wrap also fell off in short order, while my friend's has been perfectly fine the entire time he's had it."

But gave one star because their prices on their rolling papers and cones and ALOT of other things are double the price the gas stations are cheaper save your money and go else where. I really loved the idea of a tobacco shop in spencer and at first the prices were only like a dollar more then other places so wasn't to bad but I can go to C's liquor store and get the same papers for under 2 bucks but went to tobacco store and I paid 8.54 for 2 packs of rolling papers that nuts!"
