"Their posted hours said they were open until 10pm. I arrived at 9:55 and the door was locked. I knocked and the kid working the counter just looked at me and shrugged. I took my large purchase down the street to hyvee. Lesson learned."

"I visited this business on the evening of 9/22 and picked up a few items from the store. When I approached the counter to check out, I politely asked the cashier if I could use the restroom. To my surprise, the clerk looked directly at me and bluntly replied with a resounding "NO." I'd like to kindly request that the business review its camera system to confirm this interaction. I have been a frequent customer of this establishment, having visited many times in the past. On previous occasions, I have used the restroom without any issue, which is why this encounter left me quite shocked. I engaged in a brief exchange with the cashier, who I had not encountered before, explaining my history of purchases and restroom use at the store. Eventually, he permitted me to use the restroom. I sincerely hope that if this policy was at the request of the management or the owner, it is reconsidered. As paying customers, it's important that we feel welcomed and valued. This business is located in Waukee, Iowa, and it's worth noting that there is competition nearby, such as Hy-Vee. I am personally inclined to take my future business to Hy-Vee, as they do not seem to discriminate when it comes to restroom access. In conclusion, my recent experience has left me with a negative impression, and I'm not inclined to return to this establishment. I hope this review serves as constructive feedback, encouraging the business to reevaluate its restroom policy and overall customer service approach."

"The prices here from what I can tell are great. They special order some liquor in for just me, and it's $4/bottle cheaper than hyvee. Regardless, what's a dollar here and there, support local owned business! Staff is always friendly, can't ask for much more!"

"Nice new place with good people working there, but they are taking your whole farm with their pricing. It's not just the highly allocated, but even the normal stuff you can find everywhere -- Jim Beam, Daniels, etc. -- are way overpriced. Last time I was there I got an 18-pack of Bud Light....$27 dollars....Go to Quickstar, Hy-Vee or University Liquors where prices are normal."
