"This happened a little while ago, but it was only after reading that someone had a similar experience that I decided it was important to also share this. A regular business may at least pretend to want to work with someone, but when the person behind the counter interrupts to say that "you should try turbo tax" over and over then things can feel uncomfortable. I don't understand how some people can have a great experience here when some can't even get a word across. I would like to meet the other person who experienced this to see if we have something in common, maybe it was the folder we used."

"It's customary to greet someone who enters a business, or at least show some level of politeness to the possible client. Apparently thats not the case here. After entering the building the workers stopped talking and stared at me without saying a word and ignored me when I asked the same question twice. After finally getting a response to the question, "do you work with taxes here?" a worker said yes and immediately added (before even looking at my folder) that it would be better for me to use turbo tax. After that they just stared at me until I left. I'm not sure if this is how they treat everyone or if I was a very special case but it's amazing that a place with such desdain for a costumer could operate in Orange City. For now the only thing I can say is that you should avoid this place."
