"I was so disappointed after my last visit with my dog. As usual, they come outside to meet you and with other dogs coming and going I don't get much of a chance to tell them what I want done. I said I wanted a trim and when I picked up my dog, it didn't even look like she got a cut. I even asked if they cut her. She is a pomeranian and is very fluffy. Her behind wasn't cleaned up at all. I had to ask that they do this before I leave. It was very frustrating as she looked back to normal a week later. Not only that, these ladies are not friendly to me at all! I was referred to them and thought by the reviews that this would be a great place for my dog. Even when I called to make an appointment they weren't friendly. I don't think I'll be going back."

"Overall body cut was good. The face looked awful. I went here for the 10+ years experience that was advertised. . I had to cut the face a couple times so he wouldn’t look like the bishon I was told they decided on. Asked for teddy bear/puppy cut. I had asked for the face to be cleaned and his ears. I cut both. I believe the little gal did the best she could with the experience she has at the moment. Wasn’t what I signed up for, though. Don’t want to ruin rating so I gave a 4."
