"It was awesome! Bambie looks so beautiful, smells good, got a scarf and lots of treats and even a toy. They came out to my car and picked her up and brought her out when she was done. We will definitely will be back. ♡ They did an awesome job♡"
"Online process was easy. Groomer was timely and responsive. My dog has had non stop diarrhea and vomiting since we left there there. He went to the vet for shots 5 days before and had been fine. They said they had no report of sick pets when asked. Well, they have now. I wanted to support the non profit but looks like it's going to cost me alot more for another vet visit. Unfortunately, we will not be back."
"The staff here truly love what they do as they are all volunteers. Their mission is solely to take care of animals that are in need. If you ever need or want to help they accept most donations of time, pet food, toys, etc. If you are looking to adopt I can think of no better place."
"We took our dogs there last week for 4 days 5 days . When we picked our dog's up one of damn was coughing extremely bad and they just said oh we don't know what happened he was fine. I took him to the vet yesterday and they both have kennel cough and when I called this place back to tell them they said that they sent emails out telling people that they had a a case of kennel cough. I didn't get an email and if I would have I wouldn't have brought my dog's there they proceeded to tell me there was nothing they would do I'm stuck with a vet bill they didn't understand why I would want to write a bad review. I'm not going to tell or let my neighbor take their dog to this place if they're going to get sick like ours did they should shut it down and totally clean the place. It's transmitted through the air and for them to act like nothing happened or they didn't have an incident they didn't even bother to tell us when we pick them up that they had a kekenne cough incident. It was like they were trying to hide it. The place is nice but I guess like the old saying goes, looks are deceiving."
"My dogs got kennel cough here! They should be shut down for extensive sanitation! Do not take your pets unless you want them to be heart wrenchingly sick! My dogs were vaccinated for Bordetella and distemper all of their vaccinations were up to date they were healthy dogs when we brought them in. When we picked them up they were coughing and hacking and wheezing we knew instantly something was wrong. The kennel said nothing to us! They heard them cough they heard them wheeze, they knew they had boarded dogs with kennel cough. I called them after visiting the vet and confirming my dogs condition. They provided apologies but no reimbursement for the $240 vet bill. No credit towards their boarding. I do need to say that it was a very nice facility it was new it appeared to be clean and the employees seemed nice."
