"This is my oldest’s 3rd year at DWR and when she started a few years ago Carlee was her teacher, fast forward to this year and it is our other daughter’s second year at DWR and has Carlee as well! They love her and all of the teachers there. The studio has been so amazing and welcoming. Both of our daughters have gained confidence and flourished socially while falling in love with dance and tumbling. They are always so excited when it’s a DWR day & love being apart of the DWR family!"

"2nd FOLLOW UP: Dancin’ With Roxie made it right! They followed through w the commitments they made to make it right. Communication could still use improvements with a phone number to have verbal communication with members/customers. FOLLOW UP: I have received an email from the owner and will keep you all posted if they follow through with the commitments made. HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION!!!!!!!! This was our second year with Roxie. Last year my daughter did their acro class, this year it is no long offered. They suggested 4/5 tumbling so we went to sign her up and of course there are no descriptions of what is worked on in the class so after $175 in fees and tuition her 1st night of dance finally came! It was a disaster the class was waaaay to advanced for her and she left in tears 5 mins in. Luckily we were still there and was able to talk to the gal at the desk (they have no way to reach them by phone) and she told me to to email and request drop form, so I did. At this point we have no way to call, both times my husband stopped in nobody was there, and I have now sent 2 emails to cancel. Funny my request to join email was answered in under 30 mins, but my request to cancel has gone unanswered. Needless to say I have contacted my bank about the issues and with no hesitation they put a block for any future charges. Buyer beware all is great till it's not!"
