Poor communication, Zero trimming, extremely poor cut quality (1" on one end and 1/2" on the other on a tbone) uneducated staff (what's a round steak?), Up charging for everything...if you want your entire cow turned into 70/30 hamburger (so much fat!), this is the place for you. Probably more of a deer processing place."

"After committing to and scheduling over 40 hogs for 70+ customers over the course of a couple months, they canceled on all of them the day before the first load was supposed to go. Disappointing for all the people expecting pork as well as the farmer now stuck with the hogs that were already sold. Horrible business ethics. They will never get my business and I suggest you take yours elsewhere, too."
