"Picked up my coffee in the cafe as I had ordered through mobile app smiled and said thank you, no response. I was walking away as I heard my name I turn around and hear multiple workers laughing at my name, one even said “what kind of name is shelsie” I’m not mad, but thought it was very poor customer service/taste. I’ve came here many times before, but will not be back."

"Nicely designed Starbucks. Very clean. Great staff. I got my first PSL of the season but since I gave up coffee awhile ago I got decaf espresso. The baristas accommodated my request with no problem. The drink came out pretty quickly. My spinach and feta wrap and cheese danish took a few more minutes to come out but they were at the perfect temp so it was worth the wait!"

"We ordered two coffees. A hot caramel macchiato & a hot apple crisp macchiato. The caramel macchiato had an odd taste & we assumed it needed stirred only to find a piece of gum. We called the store & they said come in & we will give you giftcards. 2 $4 giftcards does not cover the $12 we spent on the drinks. Its also disgusting & more should have been done. The apple crisp one was just gross tasting, not sure if it was just my preference or if it was somehow messed up. No gum in that one."
