"I ordered a caramel Frappuccino with a substitution from whole milk to oat milk with no Carmel drizzle around the cup and also no drizzle on the top with no whip cream. I ended up getting hives and stomach issues since the Caramel Frappuccino had the drizzle on top and the drink did not taste like oat milk was used."

"Bad experience for expensive coffee and rude staff!!! Ordered several shots over ice and said I'd add 2% once it's ready. Waited 15 minutes and I'm the only one in line. THEN I asked for the 2% and barista says I can't have it added because it wasn't specifically on the ticket!!! Then manager with zero personality comes over and says she'll add a little this time but it throws off they're inventory if not rung up and had major attitude. It's like crazy world there!"

"Place was gross, smelled weird, staff were very disrespectful and lazy with making drinks, burning hot coffee and never got a sleeve, they had to redo my drink, and my friends drink, she got a caramel latte and not a macchiato like she ordered. Girl before us got 2 of her drinks when she only paid for one, and was confused because she didn’t want to pay for a second one, the girl working was disrespectful and didn’t care at all, she said. “Yea it just printed 2” Never coming to this location again."

"After a 10 minute quit to order, we learned they were OUT of the highly advertised seasonal flavors. ON NATIONAL COFFEE DAY! No previous warning, buy we were asked to move along of we couldn't reorder quickly. Not even an apology - RUDE. Also, NO cream/sugar/straws/ stirrers set out for customers. Has Starbucks gone completely stoopid in its management? This location should be shut down."

"I’m starting to get so tired of this Starbucks.. the service and customer service has gone completely downhill. I order from here at least 3x a week, for the past 5 years. As of lately my drink comes an inch below the cup because they’re skimping me even though the prices are increasing. My husband usually picks up my coffee for me when I place a mobile order, and after coming home with it like this multiple times I asked him to mention it to the baristas. A few times they have filled it back up for us, so they say. Today he was met with a horrible attitude and “I’m just going to add ice.” Like why do we pay $5-8 for drinks to not get them filled to the top? We shouldn’t have to ask for you to fill our drinks! The picture I attached clearly hasn’t been drank from and came with that much missing. This should not be a consistent issue."
