"I started my barre 3 journey in January after a year of dealing with 4 different injuries, 40 pounds of sudden weight gain, and chronic fatigue from an on going battle with Lyme. I am addicted. I try not to miss a day and have completed 100 classes in 5 months! My body is the strongest I have felt in years. Simple daily activities like loading the dishwasher are less taxing and leaves me more energy to do what I love with those I love! The workouts have given me a little bit of everything functionally my body needs without unnecessary risk for injury. And best of all I have made so many wonderful new friends. The community is unlike anything I’ve ever been a part of. I absolutely love the work out, the instructors, and all the people! I can’t say enough good things about what this place has done for me!
