"They always do such a good job grooming my timid dog. I also appreciate that they're very prompt with their services. I've used other groomers who will have my dog for hours on end even though I scheduled an appointment. And I can only assume he's just sitting in a kennel waiting to get groomed. That has not been the experience here."
