"I'm not sure what all the poor reviews are about. We went this morning after booking a reservation online, very simple process and no charges until you arrived. Upon arrival, we had a friendly greeting with the operations manager whom asked if we'd ever been in before. Since it was our first time, he walked us out to our lane, stepped through some of his favorite games and instructed us on some basics with how everything worked. We did not bring our own clubs and they had some for both men and women available, free of charge. He apologized up front for the lack of selection of clubs. He mentioned they were expecting new clubs to come in under warranty, but have had a great deal of broken clubs lately. Our assumption, drunk people and nice things do not mix. They are trying for being open such a short amount of time. It's hard to run a business when people disrespect things that are not theirs. We got started and felt everything functioned well, we were in the lower level. We used the QR code on the table to order drinks and an appetizer and were very impressed with how quickly these items got to us. Both times we had items delivered, the staff made sure there was not anything else we needed before they left. The heaters worked well on a 32° day. We were very impressed with our first visit and intend to be back soon. They price compared to other golf places is very reasonable. Thank you for the wonderful service and great time, Pinseekers!"

"We went today for lunch and to use the range for an hour, just two of us. I'd read the reviews and my buddy told me he doesn't listen to reviews, he wants to see for himself - so we went. Overall it was a great experience. We ordered the bone in wings which were great, and unique. They were fried the grilled - I was apprehensive, but they were really great. We also ordered tacos, and those were fantastic as well. Service was great in the bay, and also inside. We were there from 10:30-11:30, and it wasn't very busy. Staff was very attentive and even walked us out to the range to show us how to use the system. Now about the clubs ........ I understand both sides of this issue. People want nice clubs to use, but people (in general) also tend to break them, I heard through friends there was also some theft - can't confirm that. We only had a hybrid, a 7 iron and a 9 iron available to us - which was fine. Bottom line, if you want to use nice clubs at this place, bring your own. We'll definitely go back, and bring our own clubs."

"Super fun afternoon for our family! We reserved a bay online and upon arrival were directed to our bay and given instructions. The whole facility was new, clean and modern. We were there on a cooler day - it was about 30 degrees - but were pretty comfortable with the overhead heaters. Next time we’ll wear more layers and maybe gloves. Games were fun for all of us - my husband who is an avid golfer and also for myself and our teenagers who don’t golf. Didn’t want our time to end. Service in the bay was excellent. Great attention for drinks and food. We ordered a few things to share and it was all very good and stayed remarkably warm even in the cold temps. After golfing we tried mini bowling. Fun for all ages but felt a little pricey for a single game. We probably won’t need to do that again and would put our money toward another hour of golf."

"Very disappointing experience! We arrived a little before our 10a reservation. There was a massive line and the queue took a while to process through. We were told the second floor was closed ON A SATURDAY and we wouldn't have a server, but could go if we wanted, so we did choose a bay without a server. No worries, we will spend our food and drink money somewhere else. The ball sensor on one of our two bays didn't work. They unlocked the ball holder and we had to grab them out by hand instead of offering us another bay. Also, there were only three clubs at each bay - not a single driver on the second floor. If we would have known there weren't full sets of clubs we would have brought our own. Coming from doing TopGolf in Dallas, Atlanta, and Kansas City the experience was very subpar."
