"I usual like this QT but tonight was worst experience ever. Ordered a simple grilled cheese with chicken. Had no orders in front of me except 2 cones and still waited 15/20 and finally just got refund and left. As I was leaving they were like oh it’s ready but wasn’t taking something I had got refunded. There were 2 people in kitchen but the guy was to worried about making wraps for tomorrow than helping the girl who was clearly new. Even after she ask him for help. The guy I think was night manager apologized for wait and offered pop but did nothing to go help or see what was wrong. Wasn’t upset with girl trying to do her best was highly upset with coworkers and manager who wouldn’t assist her."

It was disappointing to hear that they didn't want to sell them beer because one of them didn't have a US ID without explanation the guy just ran him out of the store"
