"Came in expecting to purchase 2 for $5 monsters and $45 of gas with a $50. When I walked up to the register I asked for “the rest of $50 on pump 7, so $45 please. She quickly rings in the items and I notice the price pings across 2 for $6. As she opens drawer I inform her they were supposed to be 2 for $5 and I wanted $45 she then closes the register without taking any money from me and walks over puzzled to have her coworker check the item. I walk over to ensure they are looking at the sign I was and walk back and the cashier attempts to hand me $1 to compensate for the price change I would assume but I haven’t handed the employee any money, so I asked why she was handing me a dollar when I hadn’t even paid her. She then called her colleague to help who voided the initial transaction I assume and then rang things in properly and exchanged the appropriate amount of money. After the exchange I was left with blank stares so i turned around and said have a good day to the employees who did not wish me to have a good day. Ended up coming back in to receive my change and the initial employee “Mikayla” (or the likes spelled funky) looked up from her clipboard acknowledged I was standing waiting to be helped and then looked back down at her clipboard and continued whatever she was doing until I asked if I could please have my change back to which she looked around and reluctantly helped me after noticing nobody else would. Handed me my change I informed her I would be writing a review, which didn’t seem to faze her and she still disrespectfully said nothing following the exchange. I did not do anything wrong here and was treated poorly over a simple mistake that could have been handled astronomically better."

"Some of the ladies there are great. I have to post this for my own dignity. I was one of the best customers and knew a few on a personal basis. After applying a few times and not a call, email it's about me as a person. If the owner didn't know who I was than I wouldn't let it bother me. You have to take a look at the color of the ladies there the ones from the past and present. I have a degree over qualified and nothing. Papillon as a whole needs to change because you can't see anything other than color. It's the worse type of box to be in. I own up to my own stuff but others can't use me as the martyr all the time. Apply with caution."

"This is the only gas station/convenience store located in downtown Papillion and since I work in the area I stop in here every so often. I almost always find what I'm looking for in the store. The employees aren't usually the friendliest but they aren't rude either. It can be tricky getting out of the parking lot depending on the time of day and which way you are turning."

"I was a customer here for over a year. I stopped going here because one of the ladies who works here is rude, and I am using the term "lady" very lightly here. I bought a Fireball early in the morning and as I was leaving I overheard this lady running the store say something to her friend like that I am getting an early start today. Not that should have to explain it, but I had the day off and I was buying it early only because that was the only time that day I was going to be out and so it was more convenient to buy it then. I drank it later that night, which I guess to her is not a possibility. The standards on gas station employees has really declined over the years, even by gas station employee standards. I will not be returning to this place. Maybe next time they shouldn't hire people who look and sound like hillbilly, MMA fighter wannabees."

"Always friendly, great hours, good car wash and gas. I don't go anywhere else unless I'm away from home. Oh yes, and great coffee!!!!"
