"Very well taught and very practical. The taekwondo taught is the military (and not only for sport) style, and is thus highly useful for self defense. The master and instructors are very proficient and helpful. Intense training is done, and you can't "get a black belt in one month" or any of that McDojo nonsense. Come here if you want to learn highly effective self defense techniques, or if you just want to be really good at beating people up."
