"Don't live on base! Whether this company hires incompetent employees, or they just dislike military members is still up for debate. Awful experience dealing with them even 3 years after I left just to confirm I paid my balance to get the collection agencies off my back."
"Ariel with Hunt was great, cordial, on time, and very good at his job. We had a tub drainage issue and a dishwasher issue. He completed both jobs very professionally and clean and we are every happy with the results."
"Robert Ernest came and fixed our garbage disposal and also the fridge ice maker. He did an amazing job, it was quick, efficient and he’s super friendly. If we need to fix something else I definitely will ask for him."
"On the main side of base a lot of the houses are old and need updating. When we first arrived no one was there to be there to look at the house. Everything was done over the phone even though COVID restrictions are no longer valid. They were late to contact us when we arrived to look at the house. Everything is done threw email. No one bothers to make a phone call to let you know that a house is available. Also when we first got here the house smelt clean but it wasn't really clean. Dead bugs on the floor, cracked floor tiles, dust on the window seal, dried up eye yolk on floors and rust and mildew in the bathroom. Other than that everything else seems fine so far. They respond fairly quickly when it come to work orders. Some of the sidewalks in the area area cracked, or blocked off by tree branches, making it difficult to walk with a stroller. Still probably better compared to off base but they could use some improvements."
