"I lived here for 10 years, until recently. Security is there only to protect the property. The HOA is targeting the wrong people, the roads and walkways have trash and animal poop all over, it smells awful, and they have regular and serious issues with violence."

The previous manager Kat was good but I think we liked her for other reasons. My husbands law enforcement friends really do praise Trey as well and just loves how quickly he resolves matters and proactive he is to get rid of issues. "“Manager” Trevon is a straight up clown that does the bare minimum to scrape by on his paycheck while virtually doing nothing for months at a time. Trevon and the company that employs him have definitely had a negative effect on this neighborhood, choosing to focus on whether or not cars in the complex have current tags and towing them, rather than fixing the pool/park that have not been made available to residents (all of 2022) for months now. Trevon Jackson and first service residential are mediocre at best."
