"This was my first experience with any type of self defense class or taekwondo. Right away when we walked in, we were greeted by the owners and any sort of awkwardness of going into a new place dissipated with that warm welcome. The environment was judgement free and encouraged learning. The knowledge, discipline, respect and care that Sarah and Mrs. Maka have pours out to every inch of the room.
